Build it in 4 steps
Create a flow. Open Flows, click Create flow and open the Flow maker.
Choose the trigger. Pick the keyword your customer sends. Exact match means only that word starts it.
Build the menu. Add a message with buttons, then give every button its own reply.
Test it on WhatsApp. Flows are on as soon as you save. Send the keyword and the menu arrives.
Three ways a chat can start
- Keyword: a word your customer sends, such as “menu” or “prices”.
- On Message: the flow answers any message, for example after hours.
- From an Ad: people who click your Click-to-WhatsApp ad get the flow made for that ad.

Do I need to know how to code?

Does the chatbot work in Arabic?
Yes. Write the messages and buttons in Arabic, English, French or any language WhatsApp supports, and give the AI your content in the languages your customers use.
Will the AI say things I did not approve?
The AI answers from the sources you give it: a page from your website, PDF, Word or text files and your FAQs. A customer can always type “Talk to a human”, and you can switch AI replies off for any contact.
What starts the chatbot?
